Kalagara Inc. is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Intern for a 6-month contract role to support our growing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in real estate, strong content creation skills, and a willingness to learn fast-paced marketing operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a dynamic team shaping the narrative of multiple subsidiaries under Kalagara Inc.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Support the creation of content calendars, social media posts, and promotional material aligned with brand voice.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visual content and coordinate campaign rollouts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support branding strategies for Kalagara Inc. and its subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely communication and updates on marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in writing compelling website, email, and blog content under supervision of the marketing team.
  • Track campaign performance and compile weekly reports to inform strategy decisions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
  • Support event promotions and community engagement initiatives both online and offline.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a flair for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Canva, Google Ads).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding, community building, and digital engagement.
  • Experience with SEO tools, content writing, or basic graphic design is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate remotely.
